2. Delivery of Digital Products
Upon successful payment confirmation:
Course access is granted electronically through the user dashboard.
Login credentials (if newly registered) are sent to the registered email address.
Digital resources, if included, become accessible immediately within the platform. Access is typically activated instantly. However, in rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours due to technical or payment verification processes.
3. Payment Confirmation
Delivery of digital services is subject to successful payment processing through our authorized payment gateway partners. If payment is debited but access is not granted within 24 hours, users must contact support with proof of transaction.
4. No Physical Shipping
LogicVeda Learning does not provide any physical shipping of books, materials, or merchandise unless explicitly mentioned. All offerings are delivered digitally.
